In 2012, we launched our My Account app to help you monitor your data usage and pay your mobility bill on-the-go. With over a 1.4 million downloads, we’ve heard your feedback and want to let you know about some exciting new features.
Our easy to use, My Account app allows you to manage your mobility accounts right from your smartphone. The latest version includes the following highly-anticipated enhancements:
- New look and feel: now easier to use and to find new features.
- Usage timestamp: see what time your usage dashboard was last updated – this will help you track your data usage.
- Add-on descriptions: manage your add-ons right from your app.
- Device Balance: check your device balance and contract status on your smartphone.
- Prepaid add-on usage: pre-paid customers can now track their usage for add-ons like data and messaging.
You’ve asked & we listened – small business customers can now manage their mobile accounts on-the-go
Since launching the My Account app, our small business customers have asked for a similar application that they can take advantage of – and now they can! Our new update allows these customers to manage their accounts, with useful tools to:
- Monitor monthly data, text or voice usage
- Check account balance
- Add or remove features, like U.S. or International roaming passes
- Pay bills on the go
